Fresh Sujiko from Hokkaido

The season for sujiko (fresh salmon roe) has arrived. It is flown in directly from Hokkaido to maintain its freshness.

Considering salmon resources, we do not use it extensively, but we procure a small amount only when truly beautiful and delicious ones are available.

We serve it marinated in soy sauce. As the season is short, please take this opportunity to try it.
